Reclamation & Retention
A concerted effort at the international, district and local levels to retain active brothers and return inactive brothers to full participatory status.
The Reclamation and Retention Program of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity is an initiative aimed at re-engaging, reconnecting, and retaining members who may have become inactive or distanced themselves from the fraternity. The objective is to ensure that brothers remain actively involved, fostering a strong sense of brotherhood and commitment to the fraternity's mission and principles.
Occasionally, brothers may drift away due to personal challenges or life changes. Reclamation and retention programs are designed to these barriers, whether they involve financial difficulties, time constraints, or other personal issues. By offering flexible participation options and support, the fraternity assists brothers in remaining engaged even during challenging times.
